E-Logo wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with the quality and/or craftsmanship of your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund*. Undamaged items can be returned for up to 7 days from delivery date. Please keep receipt of any returned item for proof of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition sent.

In general, return shipping fees are reimbursable up to $3.00 for bracelet size exchange (1 or 2 bracelet order). Return shipments must be sent USPS First Class mail only. USPS First Class mail is currently $2.76 for up to 16 oz as of January, 2019. We do not reimburse USPS Priority Mail which is $7.45 or any other shipping company's fee (i.e. UPS, FedEx). If your order contains 3 or more bracelets, please contact E Logo Customer Service for return shipping guidelines and reimbursement. Before shipping any item(s) to customers, the E-Logo Quality Assurance Team makes a final review of each product to detect any defect. However, please note that if any item is damaged during shipping it MUST be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt of any returned item for proof of purchase.
